2017 Summer Storytime and Show Schedule

Early Summer Storyhours 2017

 Session starts on May 30, 2017 and ends on June 23, 2017.
 For more information please call the Children's Department at (860) 739-6926  ext 2.
 Baby lap-sit is for ages birth to 23 months.

 No registration is required for all ages drop-in sessions.

Monday

  • All Ages Drop-In: 10:00 - 10:45

Tuesday

  • Baby Lap-Sit: 10:00 - 10:30

Wednesday

  • PJ Movie Night: 6:30 - 7:30 **Evening**

Thursday

  • Baby Lap-Sit: 10:00 - 10:30

Friday

  • All Ages Drop-In: 10:00 to 10:45
  • Tween Movies: 3:00 - 4:45

Summer 2017 Storyhours

 Session starts on June 26, 2017 and ends on August 4, 2017. Registration begins on June 5, 2017.

  •  Mrs. Bull’s Friends: Stories, Movies & Crafts for 5’s & fall kindergartners: 1:00 to 1:45 pm
  •  Mrs. Bull’s Pals: Stories, Movies & Crafts for fall 1st & 2nd graders: 2:00 to 3:00 pm
  • Mrs. Bull’s Mates: Books, Movies & Crafts for fall 3rd & 4th graders: 7:00 to 8:00 pm

Tuesdays

  • Mrs. Bull’s Buddies: Stories, Movies & Crafts for ages 3 & 4: 10:00 to 10:30 am
  • Mrs. Bull’s Friends: Stories, Movies & Crafts for 5’s & fall kindergartners: 11:00 to 11:45 am

Wednesdays

  •  Mrs. Bull’s Buddies: Stories, Movies & Crafts for ages 3 & 4: 10:00 to 10:30 am
  • Mrs. Bull’s Pals: Stories, Movies & Crafts for fall 1st & 2nd graders: 11 am to 12 pm
  •    Pajama Wednesdays: Family Sing-along Movie Nights: 6:30 to 8:30 pm.
    We will start with vocal warm-ups. Lyrics will appear on the big screen. Wear your pajamas or a costume and bring a blanket. No registration requied. FREE POPCORN!

Thursdays
  •   Baby Storytime with Miss Rebecca : 10:00 to 10:45 am
  •    Mrs. Bull’s Mates: Books, Movies & Crafts for fall 3rd & 4th graders: 11 am to 12 pm
Fridays
  •   Miss Rebecca’s Storytime for all ages: Read, Sing, Dance & Play!: 10:00 to 10:45 am
  •  Movie Matinee: All the movies shown are based on books! 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Free popcorn!

Young Adults

High School students are invited to participate in the East Lyme Public Library's book and film discussion series.

The book discussion group meets the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the East Lyme Room. Copies of the current month's book selection are available at the East Lyme Public Library. No registration required.
