Meet Nora Raleigh Baskin, author of the critically acclaimed middle grade novel, Ruby on the Outside. The first 20 youngsters who register for the event will receive a free copy of the book.

This event is part of "See Us, Support Us" a campaign to highlight the strengths and challenges of children whose family members have been incarcerated. Registration is recommended, but not required. Register in person at the East Lyme Public Library or by calling
